CANCELLATION

  • Before Shipping: If you change your mind before we’ve shipped your order, you can usually cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible through support@krwa.co. We’ll do our best to stop the order from going out. If we can cancel it in time, we’ll give you a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, you can no longer cancel it. You’ll need to wait until you receive the order and then follow our return process (see “Returns” below).

Returns

We want you to be happy with your KRWA purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what you can do:

  • Timeframe: You can return most items within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please check our full Return & Exchange Policy for the exact timeframe for different types of items.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the items must be:
    • Unworn and unused.
    • In their original condition with all tags still attached.
    • In the original packaging.
  • How to Return:
      1. Contact Us: Email us at support@krwa.co to let us know you want to return an item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
      2. Instructions: We’ll give you instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. This might involve you arranging the shipping yourself or us arranging a pickup (depending on our policy and your location).
      3. Packaging: Please pack the items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Items That Can’t Be Returned (Usually): For hygiene reasons, we usually cannot accept returns on certain items like innerwear, swimwear, or accessories, unless they are faulty. Please check our full Return & Exchange Policy for a complete list.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and check that they meet our return conditions, we’ll process your refund.

  • How Refunds Are Issued: Refunds will usually be issued back to your original payment method (e.g., the credit card or UPI you used).
  • Processing Time: It usually takes 14 business days for us to process the refund after we receive the returned items. Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or payment provider to show the refund in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are usually non-refundable unless the item you received was faulty or we made an error with your order. If you’re returning an item for a reason that’s not our fault (e.g., you changed your mind or the size didn’t fit), you might be responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@krwa.co. We’ll let you know if an exchange is possible and guide you through the process. This might involve returning the original item and placing a new order. Please check our full Return & Exchange Policy for our exchange process.
